Terms and Conditions — ze999 Pakistan Gaming Platform

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry specific meanings. Understanding them will make the rest of this document clearer and easier to follow.

• "Real Funds" means money deposited into your account from your own payment method that is not subject to wagering requirements (subject to withdrawal verification requirements).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before it converts to withdrawable real funds.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, which is the sole currency in use across all ze999 transactions.

To register and use ze999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ze999 does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You are registering and playing for yourself as an individual, not on behalf of any other person, organisation, or entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a ze999 employee or associated partner organisation.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from ze999 under a self-exclusion or ze999-initiated closure.
• You are providing accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

During registration you will provide a mobile number, a password, and basic personal details. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. ze999 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence in securing your login credentials. One Account Per Person

Each person may hold exactly one ze999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a variation of your name, a family member's details, or any other personal information — is a serious breach of these Terms. ze999 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicates are found:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any bonuses received across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Real money deposits will be returned to the original payment source.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity on your ze999 account. Do not share your login details with anyone — including family members — and do not access ze999 from shared or public devices without logging out fully after every session. ze999 will treat every action taken from your logged-in account as your own action.

Accurate Personal Information

The name, phone number, and date of birth you register with must be accurate and must match the identity documents you would provide during any verification process. ze999 uses this information to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure without refund of bonus funds.

ze999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods. All deposit amounts are subject to the minimums and processing times shown below:

ze999 charges no transaction fees on deposits. Fees charged by your own bank or mobile wallet provider are outside ze999's control. Deposits from third-party payment sources — accounts not in your own name — are not accepted and will be returned. ze999 will not credit funds to your playing balance if the source cannot be verified as belonging to you.

Withdrawal requests at ze999 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified payment method on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200 for all methods. ze999 imposes no withdrawal fees.

Identity Verification Before Withdrawal

ze999 may request identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or when the total withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds. This is a standard financial security requirement, not a barrier to accessing your money. Verification documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot or statement showing ownership of your registered payment method. Verification is a one-time process in most cases.

ze999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account compromise, or breach of these Terms pending investigation. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is placed under review and given a reasonable timeline for resolution.

ze999 runs various bonus and promotion programmes for registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless a shorter period is specified in the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any portion of the bonus can be withdrawn. The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount on qualifying games.

• Game rules and payout structures are defined within each game and displayed before or during play. It is the player's responsibility to understand a game's rules before wagering.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed on the ze999 platform are derived from certified testing data and are accurate over statistical long runs. Individual session outcomes can and do deviate from long-term averages.

Maximum winnings from a single sports bet at ze999 are capped at Rs 20,00,000 per event regardless of stake or odds. Accumulator bets are capped at Rs 30,00,000 total payout. These caps exist to protect the platform's sustainability and ensure continued prize availability for all players.

ze999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any behaviour that undermines the fairness of games, betting markets, or tournaments for other players. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of all funds — real and bonus — without appeal:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to place bets or make game decisions without human control.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or system glitches to generate winnings. Any such winnings are void. Players who discover a genuine error are expected to report it to support and will be rewarded for doing so.
• Collusion with other players in poker, multi-player games, or any format where coordinated play affects outcomes unfairly.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit guaranteed profits across markets, particularly in combination with bonus funds.
• Any form of identity fraud, including registering under another person's identity or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering — using ze999 as a vehicle to process funds from illicit activity. ze999 cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.

ze999 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session length after which you are automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period before your account is restricted from further play.

ze999 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited activity as described in Section 9.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account is found to have been registered with false information.
• The account has been inactive for 24 consecutive months with a zero balance.

ze999 provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding continuous, uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. ze999 shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• Delay in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect. Amendments do not apply retroactively to bets already placed or games already completed.
